• Free Shipping & Insurance on all purchases through AAIA, Inc.
  
• Local sales and use tax is applied to items shipped to Washington state addresses, according to the destination's tax rate(s).
  
• Prices are subject to change due to typographical errors. 
• Orders are subject to item availability. While the catalog is 98% current, some items may have sold and not yet been removed from site. 
• Items that show $0.00 prices or "Price Upon Request" are not eligible for direct online purchase. Please contact us prior to purchase.

Simply hit the buttons "Add to Cart" and "Checkout" and you will be taken to the checkout page.  The credit card processing is run through PayPal online merchant services. 

• If you have a PayPal account, you can sign in from the check-out page.  
  
• If you do NOT have a PayPal account, hit the "Don't Have a PayPal Account" button to fill out the short form. It's simple and safe. 

2. Call us by phone

• Provide inventory number
  
• Let us know if you would like to use your credit card over the phone, or would like to send a check.

• Provide inventory number of item
  
• Provide your preferred email and your phone number
  
• Email us your preference of payment. You can either send a check, or ask us to call you back for a credit card number and details.
