Ellsworth Polacca Nampeyo (active ca. 1970s–1980s) was a Hopi-Tewa potter from the Nampeyo family, known for his incised/sgraffito redware pottery. As a grandson of the renowned Nampeyo of Hano and son of Fannie Polacca Nampeyo, he was part of a celebrated artistic lineage. His siblings included Thomas Polacca, Elva Tewaguna, Leah Garcia, Tonita Hamilton, and Iris Youvella Nampeyo. Ellsworth’s work often featured intricate sgraffito designs with traditional Hopi motifs, such as butterfly, bear paw, Sunface Kachina, mountain goat, and elk, sometimes incorporating turquoise or coral settings.
